1. Scope and responsibility
NYC Capital Asia Inc. is responsible for the personal information it handles in connection with this website, the desktop app’s update service and direct support inquiries. Payment, account and license services are not connected yet; their providers, data flows and privacy terms will be disclosed before Pro subscriptions open.
2. Website and support information
Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser or device information and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the website. If you email, call or write to us, we may process the contact details and inquiry information you choose to provide. The support report builder in the guide creates a text file locally and does not submit it to us. This website currently has no active checkout, account sign-in or waitlist form. Do not put secrets or unnecessary personal information in support reports.
Optional website analytics
We use optional Google Analytics to measure website visits and product interest. We ask for your consent before loading Google Analytics or setting its analytics cookies. If you allow it, Google may process technical device and connection information, page visits, referring website origins, and clicks on pricing, download information and product tour links to help us understand product interest. We do not intentionally send wallet details, form contents, URL query strings or activation tokens. Activation and account pages are excluded. Clicks are not purchases. You can decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the website footer. Google processes data under its Privacy Policy. Analytics may undercount visitors who decline or block collection.
3. Local app data and wallet keys
The desktop design stores app-wallet keys, settings and trading history on your device. Operating-system encryption helps protect stored keys but does not make a compromised computer safe. We do not receive or back up private keys through normal app operation and cannot recover them. Information you separately disclose to support is handled as support information. Review any backup or export before sharing it.
4. Independent services and public blockchains
The app may communicate directly with blockchain RPC providers, GeckoTerminal, DexScreener, CoinGecko, logo hosts, GitHub, your wallet provider and WalletConnect/Reown when selected. Depending on the request, these services can receive your IP address, public wallet or token addresses, signed transactions and pairing information under their own policies. Blockchain transactions and addresses are public and generally cannot be erased. Non-custodial operation does not mean anonymous use.
Update checks and installer downloads are served from downloads.gridoradex.com through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address, request time, requested file and app version to deliver files and protect the service. The app also reads public token balances through Blockscout, which receives the public wallet address you check. The app does not send us your trading history, settings or wallet keys.
5. Purposes and legal grounds
We use information to deliver and secure the website, respond to inquiries, diagnose problems, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on contract-related steps, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, legal obligations or consent, as appropriate. Optional consent-based processing will be explained when requested; consent can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.
6. Sharing and transfers
We may share necessary information with hosting, security and professional-service providers, authorities where legally required, or parties to a lawful corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Providers may process information outside your jurisdiction; legally required transfer safeguards must be used where applicable. No payment processor is currently connected to this website.
7. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, legal requirements and legitimate dispute or security needs. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable obligations; information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where feasible. We use reasonable safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send private keys, recovery phrases or payment-card details.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent privacy authority. Contact us by email, phone or post below. We may reasonably verify identity and apply lawful exceptions; never send a wallet recovery phrase to prove identity. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights. Deleting company-held data does not delete public blockchain records.
9. Children and future changes
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Contact us if a child has provided personal information. We will update this notice when practices change and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. New analytics, marketing, payment or account features must have appropriate disclosures before use.
