This policy describes launch plans. No payment or recurring subscription can currently be started on this website.
1. Free and Pro pricing
Free is $0 with no card requirement or time limit. Pro is US $19.99 per month or US $149 per year, plus applicable taxes. Paid subscriptions are not open yet. Gas and DEX fees are separate.
2. Renewal and cancellation
Pro renews monthly or annually according to the selected billing period. Cancel through online subscription management before renewal to avoid the next charge. Access continues until the paid period ends, then returns to Free. Deleting the app does not cancel Pro. Your assets remain in your wallet; a Pro subscription is not required to withdraw.
3. Refund eligibility
Pro payments are generally non-refundable. Exceptions cover duplicate charges, billing errors, and complete failure of the app on a supported computer that we cannot resolve. Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable remedies for faulty or misdescribed software, remain unaffected.
4. Requesting a refund
Contact support with your purchase reference and a description of the billing or technical issue. Never send private keys or full card details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times vary.
5. Trading costs and losses
Software-fee refunds do not reimburse trading losses, gas, DEX fees or transfers. This does not exclude any mandatory legal remedy. Ordinary cancellation does not create a prorated refund for unused time unless required by law.
6. Consumer rights
Where applicable, checkout must obtain separate, express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of any legally permitted loss of withdrawal rights, and provide confirmation. This does not waive rights concerning faulty software. Rules differ for digital content and ongoing services; mandatory local rights prevail.
